2015 Rental Rebates

We are excited to offer potential new tenants the opportunity to receive a partial rebate on their rent with selected rental suites* in Surrey. To qualify, potential tenants must sign a lease to move into one of our selected suites* in our buildings at Martin Village, Green Timber/Green Timber West or Barclay Arms by no later than March 1st, 2015. Qualifiers will then receive a $250 rebate on their second month’s rent with any 1-bedroom lease, and $400 for any 2-bedroom lease.
