Countdown to completion is on at Latitude

Construction at Latitude is right on schedule with move-ins anticipated this May.

The siding will be up on the entire building within the next couple of weeks and landscaping is completed on the north side.

Tile is going in on the fourth floor and work will continue from the top down. Cabinets are being delivered for the fourth floor and installed over the next week.

On the second and third floors, painting has begun and interior doors will be installed soon. Insulation is going in on the first floor and by next week, half the floor will be insulated.

It won’t be long until we hand you the keys!
