Surrey is Growing Up

Surrey has been named the top city to invest in BC for the past few years. Over the next decade, the development in Surrey’s City Centre will transform the downtown core into the next great Metropolitan area in BC.

The Real Estate Market in Surrey City Centre is also thriving. With two billion dollars currently being invested in the 6 square kilometre downtown core and the City of Surrey investing $1.16M, there is great potential for future growth in property values. With that being said, it is why investors and young families are choosing to call Surrey their new “home”.
