Michael Dean

An immense amount of work goes into a successful development, and Michael Dean is in charge of making sure it all unfolds smoothly. He oversees Porte’s construction projects, from conception through completion; all the while setting-and meeting-targets around costs, schedules, and quality.

When done right, Michael says the satisfaction at completion is one of the most rewarding part of his job. He also appreciates the new friendships and camaraderie that inevitably form over the course of a project.

In his spare time, this proud father enjoys skiing, boating, mountain biking, or in his own words, “whatever the kids happen to be into this week.”
