We would like the transition into your new home to be as smooth as possible, from the time of closing to taking care of anything that might come up thereafter. Here is some information that you may find as a useful guide in ensuring a smooth completion.

Completion, key pick-up and walk-through

Prior to completion you will receive notice from our customer care team (please refer to your contract of purchase and sale as to the length of notice you will receive). Upon receiving notice please ensure that your financing is in place and pass along your lawyer’s contact information to our office.

Following the notice of completion, we will schedule a walk-through with one of our representatives where you will be given the opportunity to note any defects or issues that need to be addressed by our trades people When the sale closes on your home key pick up will be arranged, you will receive all building keys, your parking Et storage number (if applicable) and a final walk-through will be conducted.
