Customer Care and Warranty

At the time of the final walk-through, you will receive login info to your homeowner manual. This contains information on the care and maintenance of your new home and allows you to easily make service requests. Your online manual also includes details on the finishes in your home, so down the road if you need to touch up paint or anything else the information you need will always be there.

You will also receive documentation from Traveler’s Guarantee Company of relating to your 2-5-10 home warranty. The warranty includes:

• 2 year coverage for any defects in materials and labor on major systems
• 5 year coverage for defects in the building envelope
• 10 year coverage for structural defects

It is important to review your warranty documents for details on what’s included and the time restraints involved.
