We want the transition into your new home to be as smooth as possible, from closing to possession to anything that might come up after. Here is some information that will help ensure a smooth transition into your new Porte home.
Walk-Through, Completion & Key Pick Up
Prior to completion, our customer care team will be in touch with you to help ensure a seamless move into your new home. In addition, the team will set up a walkthrough. At that time, you will meet with one of our construction experts who will help make certain your home lives up to the Porte standard.
Following your walkthrough, you will receive your completion notice (please refer to your contract for length of notice).
You will pick up your keys and receive an orientation of the building from our customer care team the day after completion.
